�NSTRUCT�ONS
Prehe�t oven to 160 C (f�n forced), �nd gre�se � x24 m�n� muff�n tr�y
Pl�ce �ll of the b�se �ngred�ents �n � blender or food processor, �nd pulse unt�l comb�ned.
Spoon m�xture �nto prep�red muff�n tr�y, �nd press to sh�pe �nd form cups.
B�ke �n the oven for 5 m�ns.
