BEST CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PUDDING CAKE

Two chocolate desserts in one chocolate brownie and chocolate pudding. The only thing that would make this chocolate dessert better is with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. And, when the ice cream starts to melt, and seeps into the crevasses of the brownie, and into the pudding, that my friends is the best way to eat this chocolate brownie pudding cake. Its absolutely delicious!

After this yummy chocolate dessert has been removed from the oven, its best to wait about 45 minutes before serving, then grab some bowls, spoon out the brownie cake and add some chocolate pudding over the top, then grab the ice cream, plop a scoop on top and enjoy this tasty dessert.

When I made this recipe my son-in-law, Justin, just happen to come over right after I had pulled it out of the oven. As I was taking these pictures, he sat right beside me just waiting patiently to sample this heavenly chocolate dessert. Needless to say he LOVED it and even sent my daughter (who was at work) a photo of his bowl of deliciousness. I love living near them because we always have someone to help us eat all these delicious desserts and other recipes I make.

The pudding is not very thick but thats okay because when its spooned over the top of the brownie cake, and when it soaks in, it tastes fabulous. So not to worry if it seems like the pudding isnt thick enough. It wont matter, I promise.
